We've combined payment and contract information into a single, secure Customer Service Center. As a result, some customers may be experiencing a disruption in the way they're used to paying. Here's what you need to know:
- If you're a current customer, you'll need to sign in or create an account to get to your payment information. Please note that only contract owners have the ability to create an account.
- Depending on how you previously accessed your payment options, you may need to create a new account and some payment information may need to be re-entered. For security purposes, some contracts may no longer be grouped together under one account.
- If you are paying on someone else's behalf, you can still use the one-time payment option to make a payment. To set up recurring payments and receive payment-related communications for a policy, you must first have the contract owner call New York Life at (800) 850-2658 to add you as a payor on the account. Once added, you can call New York Life to discuss your payment options.
